Since taking over the position as CEO a year ago, Dingsør has positioned DigitalNorway as a central actor in the process of speeding up the digitalisation of the Norwegian business sector, with special emphasis on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Prior to DigitalNorway she has held central positions in DNB and Aker ASA, as well as successfully leading several SMEs through organizational changes to ensure better results. Dingsør holds a civil economist degree from NHH and has previously competed professionally as a part of the Norwegian national snowboard team. In 2020, Dingsør was part of a government-appointed committee focusing on data sharing within the business sector.
