Michael Kampffmeyer is an Associate Professor in the Machine Learning Group at UiT The Arctic University of Norway and is also a Senior Research Scientist II at the Norwegian Computing Center. He has had long-term research stays at the Machine Learning Department at Carnegie Mellon University and the Berlin Center for Machine Learning at the Technical University of Berlin. His research interests include, among others, the development of deep learning methodologies for limited label settings with applications in the medical field and remote sensing.
